Series HC405 Nasal Mask
We are pleased to introduce the NEW FlexiFit™ Series HC405
Nasal Mask. The second nasal mask from Fisher & Paykel
Healthcare, the HC405 Nasal Mask provides a breakthrough in
comfort and flexibility using innovative mask design.
FlexiFit™ Cushion Technology
For the launch of the Aclaim 2, the FlexiFit™ cushion was
designed. The HC405 also features this technology. The foam
provides flexibility and is able to conform to a wider range
of face shapes.
Permanently locking Forehead Rest
As our cushion design technology is providing an increased
range of movement at the bridge of the nose, we have been
able to maintain the locking forehead rest design - another
simple feature of our `Fit and Forget’ design. |
Front moving swivel
Now our customers have the choice of where their tubing is
positioned. The swivel moves freely and allows a wide range
of positioning.
Glider Mechanism
The glider creates stability and has assisted in allowing
the fixed forehead rest design to be effective. It also allows
the headgear to move independent of the mask and it is also
designed for one step put-on and take off.
4 strap Headgear
The Breathoprene headgear has also been simplified – now 4
straps instead of 5 – easier to fit and also less inhibitive.
As there are open eyelets at the forehead rest, the headgear
can be completely removed without having to alter any individual
settings – i.e.: when washing your headgear.
Improved Diffuser System
Designed to provide a quiet mask and to prevent air blowing
on the bed partner. The sleek design has been recessed into
the elbow of the mask for secure attachment with aesthetic
appeal.
Fit and Forget Design
The design that underpins all that Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
do is `Fit and Forget’. Our interfaces are
easy to teach, easy to fit and make compliance simpler. The
FlexiFit cushion takes care of the fit and conformity.
